I am an adoptive mom of two boys with whom they were adopted at ages 4 & 5. I recently returned back to work after taking two years off and have found myself being blocked because I do not have the pregnant, 0 to 3 mommy experience. The quote given to me, "ahh, that's the disconnect." Not okay!
