A relative sent me a text message today asking me what I want for Christmas. I didn't respond, because I didn't know how. No one ever asks me that question. What do I want ? The things I want are more along the lines of world peace than the lines forming in the malls. I want a strong, healthy body. After two hernia surgeries and a fractured wrist, I am tired of being sick and injured. I'd like good health for my family, too. A year free of germs and sick days off of school. While I'm at it, I'd like my kids to stop fighting. Why can't we all just get along ? Since I'm going for pie in the sky, how about some help around the house ? I'd like real, unsolicited help, like people rinsing their plates and loading the dishwasher without being asked. And someone other than me running the vacuum when the floor is dirty. That would be a great gift ! And since I'm now shooting for the moon, I'd like a little free time, too. What a great gift time to sit on the couch, or read a book, or do absolutely nothing would be ! I doubt any of these beauties will be under the tree wrapped in ribbon. At least I had fun thinking about it.

Hey, that's what I want for
Hey, that's what I want for Christmas, too! Let's cross our fingers. Or maybe we can sit on Santa's lap at the mall and ask real nicely? Oh yeah, we don't have time to go to the mall. :) Good luck getting your Christmas wish.
