With 3 girls, a demanding career and an amazing husband my days can be tough and rewarding at the same time.  Everyone always says to me "i don't know how you do it.". The truth is that it's not always fun and it's never easy and never ever perfect but it doesn't have to be.  I want to share that with other working moms.  I have twins that are 3, a 6 year old and we just hired an au pair from Columbia so I have alot to talk about, including my career and commute into NYC everyday from NJ.  Shedding light on the funny and not so funny from my life is what i want this to be and at the end of the day the message is all about it not being perfect and really being ok with that.
