Dr. Lorri Sulpizio is the co-founder and principle consultant of Lotus Leadership Institute, a leadership development and training company. She is a writer and speaker, with a focus on women's leadership and group dynamics. Lorri has a PhD in Leadership and teaches business courses at many Universities in San Diego. Lorri previously was a women's college basketball coach, and now enjoys coaching her kids.
