A Way To Help You While Helping Victims of Hurricane Sandy

First, if you were impacted by Hurricane Sandy and the Nor’easter that followed in any way, my thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family. We lost power for 8 days but while I’m grateful our power is back, my heart goes out to those who lost so much more.

While I’ve been donating supplies, time and money to help those in need during this challenging time, I’ve also noticed that due to stress, fear and anxiety, many of us have put our healthy habits on hold. Over the short term, it may not seem like a big deal but over time, these behaviors will lead to symptoms, illness, conditions and disease. How do I know? Just a few years ago, my health took a nosedive due to chronic, unmanaged stress to the point where I couldn’t even get out of bed, I could barely raise my own kids and I had to give up my thriving business with clients I adored. Through eating, exercise, mindset and lifestyle changes I healed from everything…and I want to help you do the same.

I’ve been struggling with a way to help those in need while helping YOU get back on track with making better choices before the stress and unhealthy choices you may have been making takes a toll on you physically, mentally and emotionally. I finally figured out how…

On Thursday, November 15th at 8pmEST/5pmPST, I’m hosting a live Q&A call to answer your greatest questions about how to get back on track with your eating, exercise and more during these challenging times. For every person who registers for the call, I’m personally donating $1 that will be used to purchase Target gift cards to be distributed to victims of Hurricane Sandy.  The more people that register for the call, the more money I personally donate!

This call will go for as long as it takes to answer YOUR questions so join me for however long your schedule allows. I’ll be on the line to serve you and to help put you back on track.

What do you do now? Register at http://www.AskTheMojoCoach.com , submit your question and please help spread the word by having your friends register too!

My greatest hope is that I’m able to donate lots of gift cards to various families so each family can get some food, clothes and supplies to start rebuilding their homes…as well as their lives.

Please register now at http://www.AskTheMojoCoach.com and let me help YOU while we’ll be helping so many who need so much during these challenging times.

“See” you on the call on Thursday, November 15th!

Rather than being a separate app, the Google Now feature has been incorporated into the Google Search Mobile app for iOS. For iPhone users all around, this is surely a new venture for them, as Google Now has shown its worth over on Android. Just like its counterpart, the iOS version of Google Now retains the same presentation and functionality – albeit, there are some things missing. For starters, there’s no support for push notification, which means that we’re left to constantly running the app to see new updates. Furthermore, it’s missing cards for things like local events and airline boarding passes. yakima for sale by owner
