I like your shape ideas for the average person, but us working moms are tough. We burn a lot of calories at work and during our workouts. We put a lot of pressure on ourselves to look our very best. Most teachers don't even sit down for more than 20 minutes per day. I know a lot of working moms who are already very trim (size 4 or less), and I worry that they might skimp on dinner after a long workout.  Also, many of us are in helping professions (medicine, education) that don't permit a long lunch break. Hopefully people use common sense regarding rules for eating later in the day.
