I still love working out with
I still love working out with dumbells! I use them to do arm swings, bicep curls, front shoulder raises. Swimming also helps me maintain movie star quality arms. When people ask me why I have such great arms, I tell them to do heavier weights. Switch to 15lb dumbells if you are only using 10lbs.
