Thanks for your video. I like your serving suggestions for healthy foods for the average person who works out for 30 minutes per day. If a serious athlete followed your suggestions he or she would whittle down to nothing fairly quickly. I notice that my weight has dropped by about 7lbs since Sept., (the start of the school year) because I simply don't have enough time to consume the larger portions of healthy food that my body needs, since I am training for longer endurance events. When I have time, I will probably eat two of your serving suggestions, such as two palm size pieces of salmon, instead of the one you showed for regular folks. I don't plan to add empty calories like candy or full fat ice cream to my diet, but I will double up on the healthy fruits, veggies and proteins.
