My aim is to understand the generational differences among a generations of moms raising another generation of kids. I'm a Generation X mom (the years for Gen X are 1961 to 1981) raising one kid in Generation Y and two kids in Generation Z. The years for Gen Y are 1982 to 2000. The years for Generation Z are 2000 to Present.
