5 Easy Practices to Move You to Your Dreams

I’ve just returned from Thailand and am totally fired-up to give you all the tools to move you forward toward your biggest goals and dreams.

"We learn by practice. Whether it means to learn to dance by practicing dancing or to learn to live by practicing living, the principles are the same. One becomes in some area an athlete of God." ~Martha Graham

You become an athlete of God, says Martha Graham, by practicing. Don’t you love that idea? Wherever we are in our life, we are all athletes. And that’s why we need practice to build our muscles to face adversity and adventure.

That’s why I am including 5 easy practices that can help you stay on course to reach your goals and move you to your dreams.

Practice Awareness: Invest only in the map that helps take you to the place you truly want to be.

Watch your thoughts. Your beliefs create your destiny, so when you change your thoughts you can change your destiny. I love the Mahatma Gandhi quote, "A man is but the product of his thoughts. What he thinks, he becomes." This is true!

Practice Letting Your Heart Lead the Way: Navigate roadblocks knowing that you will always safely reach the destination of your dreams if you keep going and don’t give up.

Life is not about just surviving but about passionate living. Never be stopped by the little voice that wants to hold you back and keep you “safe.”

Practice Moving Out of Your Comfort Zone: Journey backroads to new places you’ve never been. Feeling uncomfortable is a sign of growth. Your Soul has no fear and only wants the best for you!

Let go of the past to allow the new to come in. Don’t stay stuck in a situation where you don’t feel the joy… no matter what!

Practice the Power of Choice: You always have the power to determine which road you will follow.

Exercise your free will and know you always have the choice of attitude. Make extraordinary choices because they lead to extraordinary results. There are no wrong choices; only the outcome is different.

Practice Surrender: Your best destinies are reached when you’re guided by your Soul.

Release yourself from the need to control. Feel the freedom when you let go and let God! Never fear the unknown, as it is the place where new possibilities arise and miracles happen. Be your own cheerleader!

Getting your work done when you promised is enough – you don’t have to beat every deadline, every time. Believe me; you will still stand out from the crowd. Marlayna
