I'm engaged, a not-so-single mom with nearly 9 years in prison. I'm a Correctional Educator who has been forced to be a man about many things. I'm really good at it and am in tune with a diversified perspective. I have charge over 3,500 men all day long and have had to man-up myself about many things for over 12 years. For the last 4 years I finally get to come home and embrace being a woman.

I have extensive expertise on gender issues and knowing the extensive roles woman have trouble adjusting to in the workplace then at home. Being exposed to bad-boy company, I have real insight into how very diverse criminal men appreciate women.

I will also be blogging about nurturing my children into productive grown-ups. I would love to keep every child out of prison. So would inmates.
