How many hours per day do you spend in front of a glwoing screen? Before you answer that, consider how many devices you own. Many, if not most, of us work in front of computer monitors. Then there are laptops, tablets, smartphones, and of course TVs. Now think about ... Read more...
Before I became a home imrpovement professional, I was a regular working mom, slaving away at a 9-to-5. Of course, 9-to-5 often turns into 8-to-6, and then there are crazy deadlines that keep you later than you magine. I missed my kids like crazy and knew that a cha ... Read more...
Balancing work and family life is difficult enough, so adding more stresses and responsibilities on top of them can really take a toll. If you're working 50 hours a week chances are you want to spend your home time with the kids and your spouse, right? Yet there are ... Read more...
