Apologies to my spiritually sexy sisters who have been checking back in regularly looking for more titillating and inspiring blogs over the last couple of weeks.  Like most working mothers there are times we get overwhelmed and pushed almost beyond our capabilities and this has been the case for me lately, except for one thing.  I have never been more joyful about this state of near exhaustion!  What has been keeping me so busy that I haven’t had time to keep up with my weekly blogs?  Something REALLY spiritually sexy . . . 

I have been inundated with the pre-launch phase of my Diva Mama Aromatherapy Synergy Sprays designed for anyone seeking sanity on the way to serenity.  Taking a vision and manifesting it into a full consumer product line has been all consuming.  It’s a new world for me to deal with production issues, label design, etc. and one that I am not altogether comfortable in, but that’s what makes it so interesting.  Just when I think things might obtain a level of normalcy (whatever that is), they don’t, and from this state of flux has come the most inspired and inspiring moments of my life.  

Most people know me as a writer/speaker, a great many still think of me only as clergy (which is how I served for the first couple of decades in my career), and still others know me as a performer and voice-over artist.  So which fempreneur am I?  Why all of them, of course and this line represents all of that and more.  

A recent article on Beliefnet talked about places women would go for a spiritual healing journey and that’s when it hit me.  I too am inspired by the world’s most sacred healing locations, and I have worked really hard to ensure that feeling of beauty and transcendent experience is infused in my new line of aromatherapy Synergy Sprays which I designed to clear, center, nurture and inspire your inner Diva. I teamed up with Woodstock NY based master aromatherapist Lisa Kadison, of Terralumina, to create the the Diva Mama Aromatherapy Synergy Sprays.  Using the finest therapeutic grade harvested essential oils, plant based dispersing agents and a dose of vibrant energy these 
proprietary blends evoke the same properties that ancient people sought out for their sacred, healing journeys.

To enhance the Diva Mama Aromatherapy Synergy SprayTM experience, I am also creating a matching series of guided mediations.  Available soon as downloads, the meditations are being crafted to bring out the transformative properties of each Synergy Spray and features my physical voice (as opposed to my writer's voice), gentle music and soothing sound effects.

Let’s face it, not all of us have the time, resources or ability to travel to the most healing places on Earth like Table Mountain in South Africa, or Chichen Itza in Mexico.  And believe me after the life I’ve had, I could use a daily healing journey.  From my mother struggling with mental illness and the kidnapping of my youngest siblings when I was a teen, to dealing with divorce, bankruptcy, job loss, relocation, single parenthood and a near death experience as an adult, I am now celebrating a new life.  Aromatherapy is a beautiful, gentle way to bring relaxation, healing, clearing and inspiration into our daily lives.  It is my favorite transformational tool and I’ve used it for years to support me, my children, my home and work environment.
