I write about my journey through motherhood as a single, stay-at-home turned working mother and show readers how to swap happy hours and spa retreats for baby gyms and play dates. Although the blog is written with all moms in mind, many topics target the African American community in hopes of raising awareness about important issues, such as breastfeeding, SIDS and infant mortality rates.
