This blog focuses on older working moms who have many demands from kids, their husband, work, extended family and friends. It includes my experiences, thoughts and tips in dealing with that complex environment. I am a full-time working mom in her 40s with four daughters who are in every stage of life (kindergarten, middle school, high school and college) and a husband who is changing careers.
