Last Saturday, after an early morning family walk and outing, I came home, showered, put away the groceries and posted the following on my personal Facebook page: "Early morning family hike around east Town Lake Trail (beautiful rowing on calm waters!), explored new buildings/architecture downtown and enjoyed tacos at Galaxy in Clarksville, all before ten a.m.--it's amazing what can happen when you rise with the sun!

Well it's back to school time and as a mom of a baby girl that loves taking her lunch I get bored sending the same old sandwich day after day. But after peeping out http://www.familyfreshcooking.com/ for some healthy food choices I lucked up on Project LunchBox.

A few weeks ago while my family and I were enjoying an afternoon on the beach, we saw a man frantically running up and down the sand screaming a boy's name over and over. The scene was right out of a movie – the sound of the sand and surf were too loud for anyone to actually understand what he was saying, people watched in curiosity as he ran through the crowds... but no one stood up or stopped to ask him what he needed.
