I have an online business that helps families organize their households. I send a monthly newsletter with household management tips and links to informative household resources I find on the web. I go to great lengths to make the newsletter content timely and informative. Of over a thousand subscribers, only one or two unsubscribe per month.
When you unsubscribe to someone's newsletter or blog, they know. A couple of my friends unsubscribed. That didn't bother me too much. But when my sister did, I asked her why. She said "I already get too much email."

Kate was 5 at the time and Carole landed on the idea for the business when she was unable to find affordable party bag presents for her children’s parties.
