Chief Diversity Officer

Initiatives like our Hispanic Leadership Advancement program and African American Talent Investment foster the development, sponsorship and advancement of our top multicultural talent. Our diverse employee base helps us connect to customer segments within different communities. We have been engaging our multicultural employee networks to develop culturally relevant products. An example was the introduction of the Diwali, Felicidades and Lunar New Year gift cards that were developed and marketed with input from our employee networks.
