March 20, 2013, The National Association For Female Executives (NAFE) will a host a Silent Auction during its 2013 Top Companies for Executive Women Roundtable and Gala Awards Luncheon, at Cipriani in New York City to benefit NAFE Women’s Foundation.

For more than 40 years, NAFE has been dedicated to empowering women to achieve both career and personal success.  Throughout the NAFE Top Companies for Executive Women initiative, NAFE recognizes corporations and non-profit organizations that have moved women into top executive positions and created cultures that identify, promote and nurture successful women.

These winning companies have made the grade in advancing women in their organization. Our Gala Awards luncheon will feature special programming and hot-off-the-press data on the current state of women in business.  

The day begins with a high-level, invitation-only Advancement of Women Roundtable for representatives of winning companies. Then attendees join in honoring the 2013 NAFE Top Companies for Executive Women at the Gala Awards Luncheon. The luncheon program includes an opening keynote focusing on the current state of women in business and featured speakers addressing compelling issues relevant to the advancement of women. Previous speakers have included noted New York Times columnists Nicholas Kristof and Gail Collins. A number of America’s leading corporations will be sponsoring this annual NAFE event.

We are stronger together! Proceeds from the Silent Auction will benefit NAFE Women’s Foundation. The NAFE Women’s Foundation is a U.S. based global women’s philanthropic organization. NAFE Women’s Foundation: Advancing women through professional development, research, and economic empowerment.
