In 2011, women made up 66% of the managers in its Leading with Confidence program, in which participants create development plans and explore ways to increase employee engagement. Its Women’s Leadership Development Program, aimed at female senior leaders, utilizes self-assessments, coaching and workshops to help participants understand how to generate business growth. Elite senior women in the seven-month Dynamic Leadership Program follow a similar trajectory, with a broader focus on fostering collaboration and teamwork.
