What We Love

Work life balance is important to the female attorneys who work for this law firm, and many take advantage of its alternative scheduling arrangements as they progress toward leadership roles. Comprising 20% of all partners (and two of the eight U.S. office managing partners), these women also have access to continuing legal education and management training, offered live and online through Pillsbury University. In 2011, the firm’s Retention of Women Task Force worked with leadership to improve the representation of women in the upper realms of the Intellectual Property Practice, drawing up career plans with challenging assignments and professional counseling or coaching.
