The internal performance management system Times Talent encourages users to take control of their careers: Tt offers a place for them to log their work goals, explore their managers’ objectives and look for ways to help their employer achieve its aims. Management offers diversity-related seminars across all business units and provides online courses such as Communicating Across Cultures. “I have seen the company take extraordinary steps to support multicultural women,” says Amrita K.
