The Application

The 2012 National Association for Female Executives (NAFE) Top Companies for Executive Women application includes more than 200 questions on female representation at all levels, but especially the corporate officer and profit-and-loss leadership ranks. The application also tracks access and usage of programs and policies that promote the advancement of women, as well as the training and accountability of managers in relation to the number of women who advance.

All applicants to the NAFE Top Companies list receive feedback showing how they compare to other applicants; however, the names of applicants that do not make the list are kept confidential. Company profiles and data are culled from submitted applications and reflect 2010 data.

How to Apply

The online application for the 2012 NAFE Top Companies will be available in mid-July. To apply, register at any time at wmmsurveys.com. We invite applications from for-profit companies that have at least 1,000 U.S. employees as well as two women on their boards of directors. (Nonprofit companies are welcome to apply for a separate NAFE Top Companies list.)
