What We Love

The Leadership Development Academy run by this health care system lasts just eight weeks, but during that time it shows managers and senior managers how to achieve and sustain a high level of performance, manage challenging situations and lead and influence others. Participants add to what they learn by taking part in specialized sessions that explore the industry’s latest trends, newest business theories and best practices, all of which helps them to more effectively navigate their profit-and-loss responsibilities. Executives at all levels benefit from additional workshops on budget maintenance and financial management, and new leaders receive a year of mentoring from senior executives.
