Kraft Foods
In March 2011, this consumer goods company took its turn playing host to the Global Women’s Leadership Forum, an annual event attended by more than 200 representatives of U.S. women’s employee resource groups. Participants engaged in talks, discussions and seminars about recruiting and developing female talent. On its own end, the company provides multicultural women with customized programs that help them clarify their professional aims and refine their abilities to achieve them; potential leaders who are at the level of manager or associate director may also work with counselors to articulate their paths and identify the milestones and development opportunities involved in reaching their goals.
