Women who participate in the five workshops of its Manager Effectiveness initiative learn how to better lead a team, coach individuals and navigate large projects; those who take part in the firm’s Management Academy (designed for account supervisors, managing supervisors and vice presidents) attend presentations on leadership and study Harvard Business School cases, which allow them to examine critical business scenarios. Women are raising their profiles within the firm, where they managed 57% of U.S. offices and served as half of all regional presidents worldwide in 2011.
