Voncille Trammell is an inspirational working mother of three who has transitioned from an engineering career to a successful technology consultant.
Voncille became a mother as a teenager, then enrolled in college after ending a long term relationship, with the goal to provide the best life for her three children. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering then worked for a top aerospace and defense contractor.
After three years as a system engineer and product life cycle engineer, Voncille opted to make a career change and joined Deloitte Consulting as consultant. During her years with Deloitte Voncille’s strong project performance and contributions to the firm’s internal culture have led to her promotion to senior consultant and additional project role responsibility.
Voncille is a member of numerous organizations, including the National Society of Black Engineers and the Network of Executive Women–Dallas Chapter. Within Deloitte, she is also a member the Women’s Initiative Network, among other groups as well as a campus recruiter.
