Formal mentoring is integral to their success, and several small groups have been specifically designed to provide them with the type of counsel that meets their needs. Beyond that, three leadership programs offer managers and executives special coaching and the chance to immerse themselves in projects that give them a better under- standing of the university’s inner workings, preparing them for key positions.
