It's a Fact!
Thanks to a dedicated program in Citi’s Institutional Clients Group, top multicultural professionals receive special guidance from mentors and coaches who help them to outline (and pursue) a steady path toward leadership.
What We Love

The International Women’s Day celebration held by this financial services company in 2012 featured 100 events in 57 countries, all of which were devoted to inspiring female achievement. (Its 56 women’s councils and networks seek to do the same.) Management has long offered thoughtfully designed leadership and networking options to the ambitious women who work here. Citi provides a top-notch development program for its highperforming female directors, who are given the chance to work on challenging assignments and attend eye-opening lectures and discussions—exploring ways to overcome career obstacles, display “executive readiness” and increase their influence on the job (while retaining their core identities). Executive coaching and sponsorship lift many rising women, and those with kids especially appreciate the company’s focus on flexible schedules and initiatives supportive of maternity leave.
