It's a Fact!
Diverse women have earned 32% of all recent promotions granted to those in an elite career-coaching program run by Cisco’s Women of Supply Chain Network.
What We Love

Unique viewpoints are welcome at this information technology and networking company, which actively recruits multicultural women through its Executive Talent Insertion Program and conducts talent searches on diversity-themed job boards. Its strong network of 12 employee resource groups also recommends potential candidates and serves as a gathering point for new hires; at the moment, multicultural women make up at least 30% of the groups’ members and 10 of the group co-leaders. For targeted mentoring, they may seek out the Inclusion and Advocacy Program, which prepares diverse workers for key roles. Employees of Pacific Rim descent are now benefiting from a new pilot initiative that provides leadership workshops and aims to accelerate career development. (It seems to be working, as 20% of the first group were promoted before they finished the full program.) Alternative schedules offer balance when life gets busy.
