At four locations, wellness clinics treat employees for minor medical issues, distribute prescription drugs and arrange blood work, allergy shots, mammograms and physicals. At least half of all workers use alternative schedules, and many seek advice on doing so from their peers in the firm’s 11 employee network groups. Business unit leaders are required to nominate a specific percentage of women for internal leadership initiatives, and executives’ performance reviews evaluate their ability to retain and promote women.
