At this year's nonprofit winners, women make up 39% of all the corporate executives, 41% of the executives with profit-and-loss responsibility and 31% of the board of directors members. What's more, women make up fully two thirds of the very highest earners at these companies.

To help make sure women have access to these top spots, the NAFE Top 10 Nonprofits all train managers to manage the flexible schedules and work life concerns of their teams.
