Great benefits got even better last year for working parents at this Georgia health-care system based in Marietta. Employees who give birth or adopt can now take 16 job-guaranteed weeks off (up from 14 in 2007) to welcome a new child, and there’s a $4,000 reimbursement (up from $2,500) for adoptive parents.
