Celebrity Moms Who Give Back
Many well known women in Hollywood and television find ways to fit charitable acts into their lives. Here's a shout out to a few who have found ways to give back while working and having young families to care for. Whether it's as a paid spokesperson or through an act of charity born of experience, each one puts their heart on the line–as well as their voices–to raise awareness for a cause.

Kristi Yamaguchi, Ice Skating Star
From a stunning athletic little girl on ice, to an Olympic champion and professional skater, to a well-known NBC sports commentator, Kristi Yamaguchi has had a long career in the spotlight. As she continues to work, she is now the mother of two and focuses her charitable efforts on children. She believes everyone should have a chance to live out their dreams. Kristi launched the Always Dream Foundation which partners with local organization across the country to help children in many different situations improve their lives and do what might not have been possible without this special kind of support. Kristi writes: "I realize that the dreams and accomplishments I have fulfilled are a direct result of my family's nurture and love. While I have been supported in the pursuit of my dreams, I realize that such opportunities do not exist for all children. For that reason, I felt the desire to create an organization whose sole purpose would be to inspire and embrace the hopes and dreams of children." http://www.alwaysdream.org/
