GROOMING LEADERS Women shine at this consulting firm, where a new talent-management program identifies and supports high-performing senior female executives and managers. Staffers eyed for promotions within the next three years receive extra mentoring to help achieve their career goals.

FLEX ABILITY All staffers love the company’s expanded flex options, which allow the freedom to work four long days in exchange for Fridays off, as well as working from home during the weeks of July 4, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Staffers who log extra hours during the month get a day off in return.

TAKE LEAVE The Future Leave program allows employees to divert a portion of their pay to help fund their leave. For example, new moms can add an extra month to their 16-week maternity leave, while other employees can tap it to take three months off without jeopardizing their jobs or health benefits.

ON/OFF RAMPS
It’s possible to step away from the job for up to two years, under the Flexible Transitions program. Staffers on sabbatical can continue to attend meetings and corporate events and are matched with career counselors during their leave.
