Hospital systems, philanthropic groups and other not-for-profit organizations often have lots of women working at all levels. In fact, at this year's Top 10 Nonprofit Companies, women make up more than half of the top tenth of earners and 44 percent of all the executives with profit-and-loss responsibilities.
