Practicing Poor Form

Repeating Routines
Your muscles love being challenged, so mix it up. If you just stick with a few moves you know, muscles eventually adapt and won’t need to work as hard to do the same exercises.
Daydreaming
It’s so easy to let your mind wander to work or the kids while you’re lifting weights. But studies show that more muscle fibers are used when you completely focus on each rep. So try to stay totally in the moment.
