1/4 cup soy sauce
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1/4 cup honey
12 chicken drumsticks
1/4 cup Chinese barbecue sauce (char siu)

Mix ingredients in a resealable storage bag, seal and toss to coat chicken thoroughly. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Put chicken on a foil-lined baking sheet and cook under the broiler. Watch drumsticks closely, turning occasionally, for 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and marinade has glazed.
