There are simple routines you can do to tighten your skin and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. “Resistance with contraction exercises, allow the muscles to lift the skin,” explains Cynthia. To tighten the skin on your neck, lift your chin to create tightness between your chin and clavicle while keeping your shoulders in an upright position. Place your tongue flat on the roof of your mouth. Open your lips slightly and press upward with the tongue and hold for 5 seconds.
