Few working moms have time to pack a homemade salad and go to the gym during lunch. But, luckily, you don’t need a major overhaul to be healthier. Even small changes at work can help, says a study published in the Journal of Occupational and Environmental Medicine. So stash healthy snacks in your desk or take a quick walk—and reap the rewards of improved health.
