From Easy Breakfast & Brunch ($20, Ryland Peters & Small) You'll need:       

Butter-milk pancake mix for 12 pancakes    4    teaspoons cocoa powder3    ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped9    ounces white chocolate, chopped 4    tablespoons Greek yogurt Bottled chocolate sauce, heated

1. Heat oven to warm. Prepare pancake batter, adding cocoa to dry mix. Stir all of bittersweet and 3 ounces of white chocolate into batter. Lightly grease a pan and heat it over medium heat. Reduce heat and pour 2 tablespoons batter for each pancake into pan. Cook until small bubbles form, about 1 minute. Flip and cook 1 minute more. Keep warm in oven while making remaining pancakes.2. Melt remaining white chocolate. Using a mixer on medium speed, blend with Greek yogurt until smooth. Serve with pancakes and warm chocolate sauce.
